Dang it is seems that powerpc/mac, is for mac computers.
Check the readme file to see if you see these.
OFBOOT.B
YABOOT
YABOOT.CON
Those are Mac files and will never boot on Windows machine.
Get the dban-1.0.7_i386.iso file from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/dban...an/dban-1.0.7/
Now i know why I had problems lately. Thanks.

Dban 1.07 is working.
AND: i was told elsewhere:
if cardreader attached is a problem(with certain Dban-versions it IS one) simply mount a card, which will then be formatted.
