I recently added a larger hard drive in my computer and installed windows 7 64-bit to the drive, and left the windows xp 32-bit on the original smaller drive. Anyway when I press F8 and go to the OS choices menu only windows 7 shows up, and the only to boot into XP was to turn off the windows 7 hard drive in the BIOS. So I reinstalled windows xp on the original drive and then it only booted from XP and when I shut off the hard drive with XP in the BIOS it then failed to boot from the windows 7 drive and gave me an error saying "unable to find boot device." So I had to do a repair install of windows 7 in order to make it boot up, but now It wont boot from XP unless I turn off the hard drive with windows 7 off in the bios. How do I make it so that I can select between windows xp and windows 7 and boot from either one? The hard drives are both SATA drives and do not have any jumpers set. Do I need to set jumpers or something?
