Hi. I'm using Outlook 2003 on Windows 7. I have a recurring appointment set up that that won't allow me to completely delete it. I can delete it but it continually pops up every 15 minutes EVERY SINGLE DAY!! I cannot remove Remove Recurrence, that button is grayed out.

I can change the number of recurrences, I can change the date when it ends, I can change it to a yearly recurrence, all of which I've tried and while it lets me do all that it still continues to pop up every 15 minutes. The strange thing is that it doesn't show up on my Calendar, it shows up in my Deleted Items. The reason that this is a problem though is that occasionally I need to search my Deleted Items and it's difficult to do with hundreds of these appts mucking up the list.

Does anyone have any ideas about how to remove this insidious little appointment?
