Thinking about building a new computer

    Hi all,

Its been a very long time since I've been on this website. I'm thinking of buying this barebone and purchase Win 7 with it. I need you guys opinion on what I want to buy from CompUSA....Thank you in advance!!!

MSI 785GTM-E45 DiabloTek Barebones Kit - MSI 785GTM-E45 Motherboard, AMD Phenom X4 9750 CPU, CPU Fan, Patriot 2GB DDR2 RAM, Seagate 500GB HDD, DiabloTek Elite ATX-Mid Tower Case, 450W Power Supply(16.3 lbs) for $199.99

Also what is the difference on using the 32-bit vise the 64-bit on Win7? does it have to do with the graphics? I notice it takes alot of memory. I'm deciding on going with the 64-bit but any advise will help.

Windows 64bit allows you to install and use more then 4 gigs of ram.

x64 allows for addressing more than 4GB RAM. Also the x64 version of Windows 7 has some additional security so I would get that version anyway. Make sure you buy an SSD drive for your C: and you'll be golden.
