Been awhile since I was really active here as well. As others have said, I got pretty busy in my work, and by the time I made it back here, the amount of new content had gone down a lot. I am almost afraid to go back and look at some of my original posts and see how dumb I was lol

    Ha!

I still spend lots of forum time, but it's on a motorcycle help forum instead of computers. We help a few old guys fix their old 1980 era Honda motorcycles and BS a lot at www.cb750c.com .

Hey all, it's been a while for me too. Seems like once I got my system built and the bugs worked out of it, it ran problem free for the last several years (thanks to all your help), and I had strayed from here and into a boating forum. I recently built a system and came back here for advice and have noticed how slow it is here...... used to be where you could post a question and ten minutes later have a slew of replies. Not now. But after reading through some threads here, I can see why; there just aren't as many people out there building their own systems like before. Even out in the storesm the shelves are thinner abd the crowds are less. Maybe it's the economy. Or maybe the throwawy Chinese **** is more appealing than the pride of doing it yourself..........

I stop in once in a great while. It seems the filters were successful in filtering just about everything.

I used to spend alot of time here, but I think the problem is, there are so many forums out there it's just hard to be competitive with the big name forums out there....
