    Simple to create your own portal and limit to only who you want.
    Clip Bucket, Niche Video, PHP Motion, JW Player just to name a few free scripts.
    How much are you talking about and for how long? What size, format and etc. I maybe able to set you up with a portal on my server. Would probably only take a few minutes to set you up.
