Microsoft Voice Command
I've purchased Microsoft Voice Command and now can't find the downloaded file. Does anyone know what is the name of this file?

When you say downloaded file, did you download the file? Or was it automagically downloaded by the program?
either way check your "Temp" directory
C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER NAME\Local Settings\temp

Assuming that you are using Internet Explorer, you can find your default download location in the registry.
Start Regedit and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer
Check the value of the string Download Directory for the path.

I downloaded it some time ago from Handango and now that I have a new phone I need to reinstall the program and can't find it. I looked thru My Downloads for everything starting with an M (for Microsoft) and no luck. I seem to remember that it had a strange name, but can't remember what it is.

If the file was meant to be installed directly on your phone it would have a .cab extension, so you could search for *.cab. There will be a lot of cab files but you may be able to tell from the folder in which it is found.
Or you might try searching *voice*.*

And we have a winner! Thank you. Searching for .cab files did the trick. It wasn't stored in my download directory was the problem.
