Email Editing Profile

I am trying to edit my email addreess for this site via User CP. When I enter my passwword, it won't accept it. Yet, I can still post in the forums and logon. Any advice?

You should leave the "Change Password" field blank.....Change the email address and click save...

If you get prompted to type your user name - they are case sensitive here...Need to type JaegerWolf

I know they are case senitive. I can log in just fine. Here are the steps I am taking.
1 I click on User CP and then edit profile.
2 I click on edit email and password.
3 I put in my password and change the emaill address.
4 I leave the change password blank because I don't want that changed.

When I do that I get:

"The password you have entered does not match your current one. Please press the back button, enter the correct details and try again. Don't forget that the password is case sensitive. Forgotten your password? Click here!"

It never prompts me to enter my user name. I am running FF3. Sorry to be a pain in the you know what.

Leave out Step 3.
