    overclocking cpu gives graphics problem

Just dabbling in overclocking.....I have a Pentium Dual core E2130 with an Asrock 775Dual-VSTA which I can overclock quite easily giving a 48% increase, booting into windows and remaining stable except I am getting graphics artefacts even down the side of a right-click menu in internet explorer. Graphics card is actually not overclocked (Geforce 7300 GS dual monitors at 1280x1024). I guess there's not a lot I can do other than clock it down a bit unless you can help me out. Thank you
