    Lightbulb RASAPI32.dll_Missing

Modem test gives error, "(missing export RASAPI32.dll-RasSetEntryProperies A)" then check quick view&Charateristics "(Relocation info stripped from file. File is not executeable. Line stripped(none) Local Symbols stripped-32bit word machine)". Is Win95 16bit, will a download to a 98(32bit)machine not run on Win95? no real big deal here, just wondering. Thanks,

that file is used by ISP's to authenticate your dialup account. if that file is missing or corrupted then it will cause symptoms very similar to if your telephon.ini file is damaged or corrupted, that is an error message like ERROR 691 when trying to connect to your ISP. i'm not sure if this is what you were looking for ....

you could check out the following site to see if the dll is there that you need...
    http://solo.abac.com/dllarchive

if the file you need is not there, there is a link to their message board on the site so you can post your request for a file, and hopefully someone will send it to you....

    good luck!
