    Microsoft's Xbox 360 VGA HD adapter ,
    http://www.xbox.com/en-US/hardware/x/xbox360vgahdcable/

You connect this adapter directly to the LCD's vga connection , not your pc's video card . You can connect audio using the 2 RCA plugs or the optical connection .

These adapters can be found at Newegg or Compusa , etc .

DVI-D would be the connector you're looking for. It will fit just about any DVI connector.

Okay, A DVI-A connector would work too. Its a connector for Analog signals. Read the link I provided above. It'll tell you about each DVI connector.

Why are you trying to connector your XBox to your video card?
You would connect the XBox directly to the monitor.
Keep the video card connected to the monitor. DVI to DVI.

Link provided is an XBox cable, RCA to VGA. This will let you connect the XBox to the VGA connector on the monitor. I don't know if you can have your computer and XBox connected to the monitor at the same time though.
