Reporting a rude moderator or administrator

I would like to know why BiPolar Bob closed this thread. He is a little rude to do this isn't he? The thread is here:

    http://www.sysopt.com/forum/showthread.php?t=194821

Is he for real? How can a person like this keep this job.
    Thanks for your response.

    I reopened the thread…

Keep in mind that these guys are taking time out of their busy schedule to try and help you with your problem….

Now that it’s reopened, be sure and mention that the pc in question is on a wireless connection and that you have since installed IE7 and FF.

From what I read it seemed like you were the real jerk. They were giving you a possible solution, and you wouldn't accept trying it. It isn't like BipolarBill (you got it wrong) was telling you to give up Internet Explorer.

Also, it wasn't just one mod that posted, you got flagged down by the majority of them. It was most likely Sterling that closed it, since he was the last mod on the thread.

    Play nice, now.

Post the exact phrase where I was being a jerk so I know how jerks operate please.

The part where you ignored what the mods said and then wondered why it didn't work..

I'm not going to argue with you. Fix your attitude and the mods will be nice to you.

How do you know if I ignored anything? How do you know if I printed out the whole thread or wrote something down or put it in my head for future use?

How do you know if I ignored anything without seeing what what my actions were, without seeing me in person, without knowing me?

Look who is calling out names and accusing people of things.

    Who's attitude really needs fixing?
    Thanks for your response.

I thought at first you might be about 14 years old. But according to your profile you are n't

Your attitude needs fixing. Seriously, people will help you more often. Although I don't spend much time in the tech section at the moment, I will most probably ignore your threads looking for help now. Or maybe I won't

Take a chill pill. This is all I have to add.

Just so everyone is clear on this.

Mods are volunteers. We do not have a job at sysopt.com, we do not get paid for our time, we do not get benefits or presents from vendors, we answer posts because we enjoy helping others with computer problems.

In other words, we are just more experienced users who were asked to help with the site by the web site administrators who are employees.

If anyone wants to become a mod, please feel free to talk to Steve and he will review your post history, then decide if you belong in the mods group. Most times, Steve will take a poll of the other mods and see if we want the newbie to be added to the group or not. Majority rules.

Even years later, I'm pretty sure that I'll still get knocked out of that one. LOL!!!

Dude, take a chill pill and let me review the pages one by one on your thread.

    Page 1...

The mods gave you possible solutions that even though didn't work, you refused to try them, and gave an additude back to the mods, and that's why the thread got closed the last time.

    Page 2...

You were a liittle better. But before going into page 3 at the end you started fuming again. If you're mad, take the anger away from the keyboard.

Page 3...Everyone was telling you after all other possible solutions to re-install windows. It was to determine of the problem was your isp or your system. Next time, take in all suggestions and do them in the order given, don't question them.

By arguing, you wasted the time of others and your own, when the problem could have been diagnosed earlier. However, as Sterling said in an earlier post, none of us are miricle workers, if you can't fix the problem, or one like this especially, than I guess you have to deal with it. Nothing lasts forever.

    Have a nice day

I wish he would have mentioned his wifes companies request about wifi security in his first post.

I would have told him to get her IT department to fix the problem for him.
