DOS Games In Windows
I have Privateer 2, and it is a DOS only game but I don't want the porblems of trying to install my cd-rom or soundblaster 64 in DOS. Is there any easy way to play this DOS only game in Windows? Or, if that is not possible, what do I have to type to enable my soundcard and IDE cd-rom in DOS? And no, I don't have my cd-rom drivers, and they are not available on the net.

You can run some dos games in windows easily and they don't need any configs but some do. If you pull up the properties and go to the program tab and then under advanced (i think as i'm not on a 9x machine at the moment) then you can prevent dos programs from detecting windows. If this doesn't work and the game still refuses, some older ones do, then you should be able to load any generic atapi CD drivers into you autoexec and config sys files.
