    Neon Lighting >>> Huh?

Just curious ... I have one Neon Tube (supposed to be for my car but, meh) that I am running off my PC - just for some less intrusive light as opposed to those crappy Incandescant bulbs i have in my room :/

Just curious tho, is it safe/tolerable to do something like that? I have it hooked up properly with a switch so it won't allways be on, and the Neon only draws like 1.25 to 1.5 amps - so is that ok for my PC? Using a 500W PSU so I am guessing it is ok; but to be more curious about it, what is the general AMP limit on general 500W PSU's? (on the 12V rails)

You should be fine. I had two of the 12in long lights hooked up to a 360w psu, with no trouble at all. I went with the automotive ones because they were half the price.
