How do I change the cmos battery on Dell latitude c600?

I work a lot on desktop pcs, but not laptops. I got a dell latitude c600 from a friend who wants it evaluated. Both the regular battery and the cmos battery are dead. Is the CMOS battery hard to change? Thanks.

Do notebook pc's have cmos batteries?

www.dell.com will take you where you can get manuals etc for the machine.
