    FireFox

    I play Chess on Yahoo. There are a lot of pop-ups and FireFox automatically blocks them.

    However, I notice that when I click on my opponent's name to see their profile, it will not show me. I assume because FireFox has block a pop-up but not sure why.

    Anyone have this experience or can tell me how to get to the profile?

    Just like in IE, there is an option to allow all pop-ups for Yahoo.com. If the pop-ups you're avoiding are actually from yahoo.com, then I think there's an option to enable them temporarilly.

    Tools, Options, the first box is to allow popups from sites, you can specify them there....

    And...BTW...Welcome to Sysopt.

    A quick way around this is to right-click your opponent's name and select "Open in new window" or "Open in new tab".
