    USB TV Stick

I have won one of these in a contest and I will recieve it in a month or so, It is seems to be a TV tuner, but I am nearly clueless even after reading the data. I am not sure it will work in the states. I gather the simplicity of the plug and play, but where does it obtain the TV signal?

Nope, that uses the European standard for digital TV, not the American standard. It uses an antenna for it. Move to Europe and enjoy!

This should work in the U.S. Assuming by digital they mean HDTV, the standard is the same worldwide. With such a tiny antenna, It probably needs to be in a Metropolotan area to get signals

An Update. I just had a e-mail from Via and they said they would substitute something appropriate of the same or greater Value. The USB stick was valued at 43 Euro.
