I am wondering if anyone knows if it is possible to remap keys on a keyboard.
I have a laptop, and it has an ALT key where I would like a CTRL key. I am wondering if it would be possible to remap the alt key as a control key?
Any help would be appreciated

Have you tried looking on Google yet?
Use this program from PC Magazine Utilities .. Tradekeys2
Says it will do what you want it to do
The link I posted to PC Mag wants a fee to download it
but you can get it here at no cost:
Thanks guys. I did Google it and I found a program that seems to work good called "key remapper". I am successfully using the trial version, but the regular version costs $15.
bruceb, thats for the link, I am going to try this free program before sending any money....
If you use the download link I provided, you can download the program at
No Cost .. I do not believe there is a license fee for it
Thanks bruceb, that is what I was trying to say. I will try the free program you pointed out before spending the $15 on the program that I am using now....
