I never bought SONY anyway - i've always found the build quality of their hardware to be rather poor, and as such tend to boycott almost anything with their name on it

Well sony don't actually manufacture many of their own products. The VCRs for example are made for them by Samsung.

Just ordered an RMVL710 remote. It's very hard(probably can't be) to beat for the price. Doesn't matter to me who made it. Just want a good remote that is very programmable with macros and micros that is not too expensive. Just happens to be a Sony. I quit buying CD's a while back. They are a rip off.

Man sony is in deep schiznitz for this. Both California and Texas have filed lawsuits against them. This is states attorneys not some class action stuff.

There are quite a few class actions also and more coming. LOL, I think it is funny. In their rush to protect their own rights, they violated customer rights and consumer laws.

Sony, this is gonna hurt. Bend over!!!

Sony can redirect DIS!!! They overstepped their limitations. Like Eastwood says, "a corporation has to know their limitations".

OK, Maybe I changed it a little but it still fits.
