Anyone in the UK joining Tiscali broadband gets supplied with a Sagem 800 broadband usb modem. I found this modem to be a pain to get working. It configured in one machine, refused on a laptop and would not configure on a K6 system with windows. I guess it is something to do with the USB drivers.

My solution to this problem was to get another modem. I actualy got a dlink wireless router with in built modem.
