That's it? - an icon and no text?

    Check your settings.
Start/Programs/QuickTime/QuickTime Player). From the Edit menu, choose Preferences, then Streaming Transport.

Also, check your browser's ability to render Quicktime files:

    Does it work in IE?
Have you tried temporarily disabling your firewall?
How did FF test for Quicktime?

    Everyone works fine in IE.

The test that do not work in firefox are VBScript and Flash.

VBScript, like ActiveX is only of concern to IE users.
I agree that this looks like a Flash problem. I would try reinstalling it again without also reinstalling Quicktime because SWF files should be associated with Macromedia rather than Quicktime as QT has difficulty rendering these files - it takes too much processing. It would appear that Quicktime is trying to open that SWF file on the Macromedia test and has likely been doing the same thing online when you happen upon a site requiring flash rendering.
QT obviously does its own work OK if it passed that part of the test. Installing Macromedia should recapture that association. Make sure all browsers are closed when installing.

If you have implemented the Adblock option in Firefox, SWF files will not run.
