    Fuzzy pictures

    I have a laptop running XP. The problem is any pictures I look at are fuzzy. Any words, graphs and such are fine. If I go to a site that includes a picture, or if someone posts a picture on a forum, everything is clear and sharp, except the picture.
    I'm sure there is a setting somewhere to fix this but I can't find anything that works.

    If you are on dialup are you useing an accelerator ? If so, that's what's causeing the fuzzy pics. if you have AOL, I seem to remember that their browser or something which does ( did ? )things different than anyone else on the planet caused fuzzy pics also. there's a fix but I don't know what it is.

    Edit: if an accellerator program is being used, regardless of ISP you will have fuzzy pics. It compresses and caches the images that's why it's faster.

    I am using a Sony gc83 air card. This really bites not being able to see pictures clearly.
