    Ultimate complaint letter

    Just rename to .pdf

    Not sure if its legit or not, but its given me a few ideas...

    BTW, Telstra is the largest telco in australia, and Optus are the 2nd.

    I've seen quite a few variations on that letter before - I've got one that was supposedly sent to NTL, and another to BT. Very funny though

    Notice that the different variations are never to US ISPs? You never see SBC or Comcast. It's either because:

    a) our ISP's are just more reliable than other countries and we just don't have much to gripe about when it comes to telecom companies

    or, more likely

    b) the American version would be far more direct "Y'all SUCK! My grandmother could carry my mail across the country faster than you're e-mail could cover the same distance. If I see any of your trucks on my street, I'll beat the sap out of the driver. *** off and die!"
