    what to do?

I recently came upon 2 fairly high flow water pumps (I work for a water feature making place) and have a family friend that is going to hook me up with a few spare heatercores so I figured I would make a liquid cooling box (probably from an older spare computer case)

anyway I'm looking for suggestions for high CFM fans that will basically fill up the side panel of a mid-tower case for the least cost with the most CFM and the least noise. Fan suggestions / places I can get bulk deals are greatly appreciated.

Originally I was going to load it up with a handful of 92mm vantec tornados and stack the front bays with fan controllers to help w/ noise but it appears that will cost quite a bit (on newegg w/ bulk deals factored it is like $10 per fan + shipping)

I'm not sure exactly what I will do yet but a place I can get 10 92 mm vantec tornados for ~$100 shipped would probably be a good start

any suggestions / comments are welcome.

edit: for filtering purposes I figured I would screw / whatever 3 plastic rails around the front / back / bottom edge of the case and make my own filter that can slide into it for easy cleaning and such.

you won't need all those fans when watercooling this is what I would do:

get a radiator about 240mm X 120mm and put 2 X 120mm fans on that. this will give you plenty of cooling power for CPU, GPU, Northbridge, even your harddisks.

put a third fan at the front of the case to bring in cool air, 120mm will be best CMF/noise option, and use the PSU fan as exchast.

That will take care of the fan requirments, then you need to think about mixed metals, flow rate through the waterblocks and radiator.

Have a look at this review for an extreme watercooling kit it might give you an idea or two.

idk yet. I'll probably just screw around with the 8 or so cheapo 80mm fans I have laying around before I buy anything else..I still need to find a waterblock anyway :\

edit: and one of the reasons I want to use so many fans is I want to use a push-pull setup. I plan on having the intake / outtake fans on the side panels with the resiviour I intend to make under the PSU. Maybe I need to do some sketches or something.

Someone let me know if you think my little giant 475 GPH water pump wont be enough.. I am thinking it will though because when I hooked it up to a 50 ft garden hose I had a pretty steady stream of water coming out .. just not sure. HOpefully it isnt too strong.. that is one of the reasons I planned on having so much radiator.
