windows update and other sites wont run

getting your current security settings prohibit running activx controls on this page as a resulte the page my not display correctly.

windows update wont work
cant log into hotmail account

ran adaware and spydoctor found nothing
changed settings to medium, then low, and manually, in ie security settings. cant seem to get activex functions back?

deleted all temp internet files
cleared ssl cache and autocomplete history

registered
regsvr32 softpub.dll
regsvr32 wintrust.dll
regsvr32 initpki.dll
regsvr32 dssenh.dll
regsvr32 rsaenh.dll
regsvr32 gpkcsp.dll
regsvr32 sccbase.dll
regsvr32 slbcsp.dll
regsvr32 cryptdlg.dll

now its working
