Killer Mods.... Post them Here
Post all your killer mods here, either ones that you did yourself or ones that you found on the net. I would show one but the website is now gone.

Casefancase
Hey there,
I'm the guy that created the Casefancase.
You may be surprised to know that it only takes a 300W PSU to run the whole PC. I did the maths before I started (rather shoddily I'll admit) and it turns out that 70 fans at 0.15Amps each only amounts to 125W (ish) at 10.5Amps - which is enough to draw from one rail of a standard 300W PSU. I tried a 350W, a 400W, and a 500W to see if there would be any difference in fan speed but there wasn't (obviously because they all had the same ratings per rail) and BIOS reported similar power draw among all the PSUs I tried.
So, does it work? Kind of. If I were to get rid of the stock CPU cooler and replace it with a fanless heatsink I might get a better idea of how much cooling is actually happening. One thing though, the system temp stays pretty solidly at 24 degrees C.

As you state, put a Zalman in there and I bet it would be very COLD..
Sweet, might have to try something similar.

Wow. I am impressed by your mod, painting cases is getting old and there are few mods as original as yours.

Yes, it's an MS-6540 with onboard VGA.
All of the PC hardware was borrowed so I have had to give it back. I'm looking for replacement bits but will have to do some redesigns of the front panel to accommodate an AGP card.
