    HI:I was just Wondering
    if anyone has used the Following modem
    "ALcatel Speedtouch ADSL Home"
    If yes how Good is it?

    I've got that modem (the USB version), my opinion is: it's a modem. Never gave me trouble (except on Linux, because it's USB) and it does it's job.

    Yeah, if the Modem is connected diretly to one single computer it usually will work OK.

    The trouble starts when you want to Network, Wireless, etc.

    Used mine (ray/frog) for a couple of years, over a network of up to three machines...no problem at all!

    I used one for two years and never had a real problem. I did occasionally have to unplug it from the wall and let it reset.
