Caps Lock can only be turned off with shift key

though not a really serious problem, it's really annoying cause it's my new PC and I want it all to run perfectly.
when I turn on the caps lock, it wont turn off pressing the button again, in fact the only way to turn it off is pressing the shift key next.
All the accessibility options are turned off, and they keyboard used to work fine on my older system (and worked fine in the beginning of the new one as long as I can remember).
surely is some king of misconfiguration of XP, but where?

What kind of keyboard is this? Do you have the newest drivers for it?
