Outlook Express & Address Book Failed
Outlook Express 6 under Windows XP (SP2) has suddenly generated a problem. It seems that when i try to Create Mail or check the Address Book i receive an error message:
Unable to open the Address Book. The Address Book may not be installed properly.
There's another error but cant remember it at the moment. It all seems to hover around Address Book. I've tried the various techniques from the net such as unchecking the Outlook Express component, removing or modifying registry items related to Outlook (ie. IsInstalled=0), and even tried Installing th MSOE50.INF file over again to reinstall Outlook (which worked for Outlook, my initial problem). Nothing works.
I've done a search for *.WAB but I have no files. There are WAB32.DLL and WABRES32.dll in the Common Files folder which I've tried replacing with Win2K files via safe mode.
Any assistance would be apprecaited.

Figured it out...
I used Dependency Walker and discovered WAB32.DLL, WABRES32.DLL, and the most important of all, MSJAVA.DLL These all were being looked for within the Outlook Express folder but couldnt be found. I placed them in there and all works fine.
