3DMark05 is dependent on the video card more than anything else. You're in the right range.

I recently used installed RivaTuner v2 RC 15.4 and scored 2559 with changing my clock setting on the 9800 Pro from 350mhz/mem-375mhz/clock to 371mhz/mem-398mhz/clock. Should I go any higher or will I ruin my Card and if so will ATi cover it with there three year warrenty?

he has an a64 clocked to 3800 or 4000+ speeds depending on the core.

very nice score indeed. ATI x800s definitely have an advantage over nvidias.

So far this is my best with the 76.50 betas:

    yup. cranked to da max.

An X850XTPE should beat a 6800U by quite a bit in 3DMark. you already have a PE, there isn't a whole lot of overclocking headroom. the card is pretty close to being maxed out right out of the box.
