Ya, it took some trying. I'm afraid of overvolting the system, but it seems safe and very stable now. Gaming feels a touch smoother, and the gpu is overclocking better with a voltage bump too.

Just decided to try 3DMark05 on my system.
Marks: 3365
P4 2.53
GeForce 6600GT on a 4x AGP (used optimal settings button on Coolbits)
1.5 GB Ram
Is this respectable? Sounds OK compared to others I've seen.

Score: 7884 3dMarks
How to get that high? I just bought a notebook with the 7800 card, and I only get a score of 3800 3dMarks.
Specs are:
3800 3dMarks.
Notebook
Duo Processor (1.66 GHz, 2MB L2 cache, 667 MHz FSB)
1GB, DDR2, 533MHz
256MB NVIDIA GeForce7800 Go, PCI-Express x16
And for my older desktop computer:
5800 3dMarks.
Athlon64 3500+
1GB
Saphire Radeon X850XT 256MB, PCI-Express x16
Another question:
3dMark2003 does not run on my notebook. It displays an error after I start it.

The reason he got 7884 and you got 3800: His is a desktop, yours is a notebook. Notebook computers cannot keep up with desktop systems in gaming performance, mainly because of the lack of power readily availible to the hardware compenents. The GeForceGo 7800's are mearly "dubbed down" versions of the actually 7800 cards, made to run with lower frequencies so that it consumes less power. If you stuck a GeForce 7800 chip in there with full stock specs, it would probably run your battery dead within a matter of maybe 20-30 minutes of gameplay.
