Win 2000 and MSbackup

I have been trying to get MSbackup to do a scheduled backup for the past couple of days. I set the schedule time and backup type, and all the rest, but when I check the report, the only backups I see are the ones I have done manually. What's the trick to getting this to work? I am using Win 2K pro and the backup is supposed to be a daily, scheduled backup. I have used Ghost for the full backup and want to use the MSbackup for daily updates to specific folders. I must be missing a step somewhere. Thanks

Did you create a Sceduled Task? If you did, did you provide the Admin credentials for running the task? Have you checked Event Viewer for errors?

Is your power saving mode set to standby or hybernate? (Don't even admit it if the computer is shutdown during the schedualed time) Try turning that off if you can.
