    "Hiding" internet explorer

Is there a way to hide internet explorer so that no one is able to see it? I got this site with frames which I wanna keep open for the day,but I don't want other people messing and closing it. Is there a way to reduce IE to a icon in the taskbar? Or maybe some other browers does that?

Btw,the site i am gonna be will refresh once in a while so it will maxmize, will that be hidden too?

If you're running XP, you can hide the whole desktop Four times.

    Virtual Desktop Manager

Manage up to four desktops from the Windows taskbar with this PowerToy.

    Freebie Power Toy from Microsoft.

    It's pretty cool...

    not terribly educational but *entertaining*!

or you can also take a screenshot of your
desktop and laugh as peeps go crazy trying to figure out what's wrong with your system...

(remove your power button and reset button wires from the mobo to prevent
them from restarting the system and
    ruining your fun)

btw: this is a LAME suggestion

Local Security Policy, from the control panel. All you need.

Control Panel, Administrative Tools, Local Security Policy. Not sure what the policy is off the top of my head. Sift through them, you'll find it.

Edit: Just did quick looksee. It's a Group Policy, not a local policy

Start, Run, type gpedit.msc and enter From there user Configuration, Administrative Templates, Desktop, Hide Internet Explorer Icon on Desktop.
