    Cant install SP1

    Hi, I'm trying to install Windows XP SP1 and everytime I try it gets to a part and says "performing inventory" and then errors and says that "c:/windows/drivers/system32/atapi" is already in use and wont let me install... I have closed EVERYTHING, nothing running at all and it stll does it... any help?

    no internet access in safe mode, and SP1 has to be installed through the net i'm sure, unless there is a large exe somewhere?
