    Is it real or is it "unreal"?

    Here is another pic i found thats from the highly anticipated Unreal2k7 game. So lifelike it looks like its going to jump out and eat you.

    Those screens and that article are donkeys old now. There are plenty of full action gameplay videos of UT2K7 floating about now, and while it still looks impressive, its not living up to its initial visual "wow" factor IMHO, we're seeing far more graphically advanced titles in devlopment thesedays, namely the likes of Crysis. ET:QW and Bioshock.

    Given that UT2004 was something of a let-down in terms of gameplay and ET:QW looking to be really remarkable, theyre goign to need some sort of ace up their slave with UT2K7

    but.., it sure looks good to me from earlier videos i've seen. A no brainer... like all the rest... Yeah.. i'm getting this game sometime after it comes out...lol

    I wouldn't have said that UT2K4 was a let-down. Granted the single player game was a bit pants as there where not enough levels in each game category and consequently I finished it in one evenings playing.

    But the team orientated game types like "bombing run" and "Onslaught" with added vehicles and objectives brought a whole new degree of playability to our multiplayer sessions allowing the lesser accomplished players to taste victory for a change. It stopped players packing up early and moaning that they where sick of always being killed.
