Error Window

Whenever I select a program from the MS Office 97 startup bar, I receive a popup error window that says, "unable to open Language Resource DLL." I have my system set to English, I have reloaded both Office 97 and Win98 and still have the problem. Also get the same error if I'm in Explorer and select one of the files in any directory and right mouse click to open "properties." It doesn't sem to affect anything and goes away when I answer "OK." I suspect it's a registry entry but can't find it. Please HELP!!!

Try clean install, both win and office. Try install only win if problem it can be help. Or you win or office install is corrupt.
