hey. i'm working on putting a system together for a structural engineer who
uses AutoCAD all the time and is desiring a 21" LCD monitor. hardcore gaming is not
a consideration here, image quality is.

any other recommendations or review sites? must be 21" and cost under $1400 US.
(i saw the tom's hardware lcd showdown. the Dell 2001FP looks ok)
