Yes, you can. You just have to play it safe and watch the temp. Increase your FSB little by little. Its hard to say whithout knowing what the rest of your hardware is. Most people just set it right to 400, you need PC3200 memory to do this.

Watch the temp, or you might just come back looking like this----->

well i have a xaser II case so it has 2 fans (intake) at the front, 2 fans at the back (exaust), and a fan on the side pannle(intake) it also has a intake fan on the part of the powersupply that is inside of the case and then an exaust on the out side

now at stock setting my 2500+ idles at 38-39*c (166x11) now with my cpu over clocked to 182x11 (1995mhz) it idles at 39-40 And after the 3d marks and pc mark it was at 42.5*c

    is that a safe temp?

40s and low to mid 50sC are safe. I don't start getting tense untill I aproach 55C (because I'm paranoid about heat) many people have run into the 60s with little to no problem.
    Enjoy!
