    My new Screamer!

    Just thought I'd share some pics of this new screamer I just built myself. Not really modded as such, but I do have some neat looking gauges in the front, kinda cool, they show Fan voltage ( and you can control the speed of one with the slider,) VU, for sound and temp(I put the probe in the heat sink fins, right at the bottom of them). Hope you like them!

    Forgot to mention, it's a Chieftec Dragon Mid tower case. Athlon 64 3200+, Abit KV8 MAX 300 Mobo, 1GB of Corsair DDR 400 RAM, Sparkle 350 Watt PSU, 2 Maxtor 40 GB HDD, Caviar drives, CD Burner and reader, Teac FDD, Audigy 2 Platinum zs, GE Force 5500 Gamer, Logitech Z640's, Benq 19" LCD Monitor, Logitech Elite Keyboard and Trackman trackball!, Thanks again.

    Those gauges are one of the cooler mods I have seen in a while. How are you liking this system so far?

    Now that I've got the heat problem taken care of I love it. Faster than any thing I've built so far. I thought the XP 2500+ I built my son was fast, this thing is amazingly faster than that

    Now I'm just working on a couple of minor glitches in XP.

    i have the same gauges in the front of mine too, and my tower look just like your's. but is from Koolance and as watercooler in it.

    btw Abit KV8 MAX 300 Mobo has 2 fans on it, are they loud? do they get loud?

    Yes, it has 2 fans, one on the NB and one on the OTES, and no, they are really quiet. This system has 7 fans counting the PSU fan. It's not at all bad, quiet really for the fans.
