Run Time Error

Hello,
Can please can some one out there explain what a Run time error is? Every time I go on the net I have this message come up saying "Run time error has a occurred Do you wish to debug"
I would be very greatfull if some one could explain this to me.

It's self-explanatory. It's an error that occurs while a program is running. In your case, it's probably some kind of script.

do this:
tools- internet options- advanced- check disable script debugging
