Would you really buy a computer with beer?

I was just thinking about stuff to sell and the thought came across my mind about case mods. I was wondering what case mod that does not exist would you REALLY buy, if the price wasnt WAY to much more.

Computer with a beer fountian, computer with an expresso machine, or any other wacky idea's, that could set off a niche market.

Serious here, the prices would prob. go around $200 or more depending on the mod. What do you think could gain a following if it was available in the market.

Yeah! If you keep all your kegs in a walk in (you"ll obviously need more than one variety) it's an easy stretch to cool your water system(s) there!!

The beer idea sounds neat but i try to keep liquids as far away from my KB as possible. Already ruined to many.

Well I was thinking about designing one and selling them. I think I might just give it a try, make a few and see if they sell.

Yeah, don't just limit the idea to beer. You'd be leaving too many people out. Make it a "cold beverage dispenser."

I think the 2 system's vary. Things like soda drinks use a mixture of carbonation water and syrup. Beer just uses well, the beer. Im not an expert on how the valve system works for the soda, but I know a little. I'll do some more research and see if I can make them compatible w/o to much extra cost. Or I could just make them seperate, but 2 in 1 would be ideal.

Im not to thrilled about a coffee mix b/c of the heat, but ill check into it.

Even if I dont sell alot of them it would be a good thing to get attention that will result in sells of other things.

Thanks and keep up the input.
Im going to work on a design tonight and ill post it, when the rough draft is done.

Any idea's on what kind of case to use (or even some design idea's)? Something not to small obviously.

OK, well I wouldnt be able to have a soda dispencer, so the only thing I can do is basically "build-in" a fridge to the computer. Seeing as to how this would be pretty bulky, I dont think it's going to be very practical

You could always just dump a two liter into the same sort of tank or whatever the beer would go into.

DozerLYP, that would defeat the purpose, have you eve bought a keg? It's a compressed CO2 canister.

Johnny Fist, either way, just think if you had a few two liters attached to the side of your computer. The liquid itself takes up to much space, not to mention all of the components to keep it cool.

I could prob. make it practicle with ONLY the cooling components, BUT when you add in the space the liquid takes up, it just doesnt seem to practicle. Unless maybe there is a way to keep it cold, in a bag of some sort with a casing around it... hmm.

Im still def. open to suggestions, but just keep in mind PRACTICALITY. (size)

I don't know, if you started with a Shuttle PC then you'd have some rioom to build upwards to contain the beverage. Or maybe build it below the PC.
