Fdisk on a Dell CPi - No Go - Help

I am tring to Fdisk a Dell Cpi. It is currently running Win98. When I try to delete the extended partition it tells me to remove the Logical-extended partitions first. But there are no Logical-extended partitions, so I am stuck. Help.

I had exactly this problem recently. The only way around it is to use a linux version of fdisk. This works great! This is a 98 bug. Roll on LINUX - stuff microsoft!!

    A virus is a possibility,
Do you really want to fdisk that hard drive??
Why not run ZZtop, this utility on all Dell products will do all the work for you.
