These soldiers have gone way to far and should be tried for war crimes agaisnt the Iraqi people. Who may think this is funny, the soldier sure do. But its not, who are these soldier to be judge and jury. It sick they way they find it funny.

Who are they to be judge and jury? The only law enforcment in place at the time. There were no judges, there were no juries, but there was a big need to bring things to order. You guys are soo clueless. If it was your way, it would be bodies on the street, hundreds of them, getting scooped up with front end loaders, and not a one of the deaths would have had anything to do with any military activity, just pure anarchy, chaos. thank god you guys are just kids, ignorance is not a sin, you can learn.

The USA troops may be acting as law inforcment but they are NOT above the law, they are NOT judge and jury, they are trampleing on the very rights they claim to protect. By the way the streets are full of anarchy.

If all they did was steal wood, that was a little harsh. Like I said before, I dont think the journalist is giving the whole story and they prob. stole the car. Seeing as to how they dont have the resources to launch a whole investigation and find out who's car it really was, they crushed it.

Secondly, above what law, the laws in the US? They are THE LAW. Their arent any laws, the gov. just fell.

Maybe they should take them to the local non-exsitant police station, and get them tried at the non-exsistant court with the non-exsistant judge. Just recently are their police stations and courts coming back.
