    MSCONFIG question

I am helping my buddy keep his new Dell running at top, so I had him email me a list of his startup programs in MSCONFIG, I don't recognize most of these. Anyone know what each of them is?

    DSentry
    PCMservice
    qttask
    realsched
    mmtask
    dragdiag
    nwiz
    NvMcTray
    avgcc32
    mnyexpr
    Mircosoft Office
    NvCpl
    BCMSMMSG

I know MS Office and NvCpl, but not the others. Thanks

    qttask - quicktime

    realsched - realplayer

    avgcc32 - antivirus i believe

    mnyexpr - M$ money ?

The MMTASK is a M$ thing as well, cant recall right now what it really does.

    :edit:

    Found this.
    Startup entry: SpeedTouch USB Diagnostics

    Description:
System tray icon for Alcatel’s ADSL modems.

    Edit description

    File Dragdiag.exe removal:

Thanx, you know how Dell loads up all that fun stuff into their computers. Even a Dell should run fast.....I can't believe I just said that.

"Dell" and "run fast" in the same sentence. LOL

Run fast after tweaking might be more like it. Most consumers that i do work for seem to like all that **** running in the background though, go figure.
