Error Report on 6

I keep getting an error report which says 6 has encountered a problem and needs to close. I do not know how to fix this problem and the screen keeps popping up. I do not know what program this is for or what I need to do to correct it. The file it references is msshll.exe, appver 8.1.0.6. Can anyone help?

Thanks for the response. No I do not have DSL. I use a modem and Juno is the provider. Do you know what program the file is for?

Try downloading ad-aware and update it, then scan with it.

goto start>run then type msconfig and goto run and you can uncheck any programs you dont want running.

Try SpyBot if Adaware doesn't find the problem.
