    Power Req Question

    Hi guys..

    3.2GHZ P4c
    1.GB Dual Channel Kingston Hyper X DDR400
    Saphire 9800 Pro "The Beast" 128MB
    Seagate Baracuda 200Gig OEM (IDE)
    Samsung 120Gb OEM (IDE)
    5 Case Fans (4 Neon)
    Pioneer 4X DVDR Drive
    LG Cdr\DVD Combo Drive
    Vantec Neon Fan Controller

    All on a 480W Antec True Blue PSU

    +12V= 12.038
    +5V= 5.035
    +3.3=3.344
    Vcore=1.6

    ...Will adding a 200Gig Samsung ATA 8meg cach HDD kill my pc?

    You'll be fine. That 480 has more than enough power for the load you're giving it. That website inflates what you really need by about 100watts.

    IMHO, no. HDD"S don't continuously use the power it takes to "fire" them up. You should be fine.
