Win 98: &H80004005 (-2147467259)

After Booting or restarting Win98 (completely) I get a system error notification of which there is no additional (help) documentation available about. The thing is that I dont get the message when I only restart Windows.

I'm using Win98 and the exact error notification is:
system error: &H80004005 (-2147467259)

After pressing OK I'm not experiencing any problems.
