ampton pII 3726a mobo and celeron 300a, HELP!

I recently purchased an Amprom pII 3726a mobo and a celeron 300a(oem costa rica),
a fujitsu 8.4GB hdd, Raven voodoo banshee w\
    16mgs, 64mgs pc100, and it wont run at 450,
the mobo only has settings for 66,100&112mhz
It completes post but it keeps locking up during the Win98 splash screen. When stating
windows with step by step confirmation it
locks up on the himem check.
    Questions:
    1. Anyone know how to change the voltage settings on this board? It has an extra row
of pins that are not shown on the mobo diagram, anyone? 2x7 came with a jumper in
    middle row.
    2. 8.4gb hdd is unpartitioned, could this effect o/c?
    3. voodoo banshie...overclockable?
I tried a s3 virge and it would not lock
up until windows was set-up and I started
    opening apps
any suggestions, insite, web sites ok anything will be much appreciated!
    thanks
    superloser

Normally I would say to email tech support for the motherboard but Amptron doesn't do tech support. That is why Amptron sucks and should be avoided. If you can still return the board then that would be my advise. You might have to spend a few more bucks for an ABIT board but sometimes you get what you pay for.
