    Won't bootup.

i have a msi kt3 ultra2 standard moboard. i changed some bios settings a few times. when rebooting i would get d-bracket issues related to memory or video. i would then do a clear cmos and reboot. sometimes this would not take until i pulled the power while the system was running. then it would boot normally and i would retry bios changes. this started because i replaced my old cpu with a new xp2500+ barton. it worked fine even after changing the cpu speed to 166 to account for the new processor. then i started the other bios changes. after hard booting a number of times to see which changes were locking up the systwm, it finally stop booting at a point where the d-bracket light pattern is now indicating a rtc (real time clock) problem. it sets at this point and will not boot any further. clear cmos does nothing any more. i removed the battery and no good. also i do not know how to flash the bios. i did download a bios file from the msi site.
