    Scsi problem....Wont Boot

    I have currently an 800mb and a 6.1 gb ide hd installed. I wanted to replace the 800 with a 1.2 gig scsi (the 800 and the 1.2 gig will have only my system files on it). when i put in the controler and the 6.1 ide i get an message.. "Invalid stack error please edit your config.sys". My config.sys is currently empty. please help me out

    Do you have a SCSI adapter installed?
